What is the Pod System?
The pod or capsule is the result of years of extensive research by Lavazza, Italy's favourite coffee. It is a unique system of high quality, great tasting coffee in a pod or capsule, each cup freshly made. These pods are small plastic containers that hold a pre-measured amount of Lavazza coffee grounds, so no measuring, grinding or tamping is required on the part of the user. Additionally, the user does not have to hassle with disposing of messy ground coffee, which is one of the reasons why this system has become increasingly popular.
Use it at the office, showroom and of course, at home and enjoy the coffee experience you would have at the world's best café s . With the coffee cartridge system, making the perfect cup of espresso is fool-proof every time. A built-in steaming nozzle allows you to froth milk for cappuccinos and lattes.
What is the difference between the Espresso Point and the BLUE system?
In our opinion, the Espresso Point system is designed for the real espresso enthusiast, providing an excellent short to medium length espresso. The BLUE pod is slightly larger with a wider range of flavours thus satisfying those that prefer the longer espresso or Americano. We specialise in the Espresso Point machines and pods but also stock a large range of the BLUE pods
What is the Free Loan system and how does it work?
We have been providing our dedicated office coffee service in the London area for almost 15 years, enabling our customers to serve high quality Italian coffee to employees and clients. Basically, we provide a Lavazza Matinee machine to your premises free of charge. All you need to do is consume a minimum of 200 capsules per month. If the machine goes wrong we simply replace it with another one. This service however is only available within the M25 region at present.
